14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European Union consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in the same condition that you received it

• Include all original tags

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must submit your request through your customer account on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping voucher for the courier, along with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will issue a ready-to-use courier return voucher.

The voucher must be used according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for returns sent using unauthorized shipping methods.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it complies with our return conditions.

If the return is approved after inspection:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days from approval.

• Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If the returned product does not meet the required conditions (e.g. signs of use beyond inspection, missing tags, damaged packaging), the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through your account or at info@de-sunglasses.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products that show signs of use beyond normal inspection

• Items returned without prior approval

Additionally, the provisions of the Greek Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) regarding the withdrawal of goods apply.
